Pre-appointment:
Brush your teeth before coming to your appointment. | the treatment would last better if the teeth cleaning has been done recently. Please let us know in advance if your teeth or gums are sensitive.

Post-appointment:
Avoid drinking wine, tea or any colored drink for the next 48h | Avoid any colored food for the next 48h| avoid smoking for the next 12h| you can only consume water for the first 3h post treatment

The result will last up to 6 months | visual result after first treatment | 2 treatment has been recommended within 2 months from the first treatment
